The documents and drawings are fully searchable using menus and keyword(s) searches, providing easy navigation of the archived data. The data is stored in a platform friendly, non-proprietary format (PDF) allowing anyone with a PC, laptop, or PDA to access all documents and drawings. Most of our customers store the PDF file(s) on their network so personnel with the proper permissions can easily access the archived data from any facility.
We are also able to offer Plan Room Organization to our customers. Because of our vast experience in the construction industry, we are able to transform a totally disorganized paper plan room containing one-of-a-kind, over-used drawings into a functional, organized, digital plan room with little or no assistance.
